1. I have reservations about him, for one, because of his support for the TPP

and what it will further mean for those in Latin America for whom we're destroying the lives and environment of, but I'm glad to see he's starting out with such positive acts here at home. Let's hope all those voices can make some real change.

2. He is not in a hurry to deal with the TPP and what's left of the Conservatives can't rush him into

it

Plus he has a cabinet minister who will devote all her attention to just that issue.

I can see him balking at secret non sovereign tribunals making binding rulings on elected National governments

It's a naked attempt by trans national corporations the rewrite the laws of the entire Pacific Rim. It's a coup attempt which is obvious to everyone including Trudeau. Of course he is going to be very careful how he talks about it while reviewing the text of the agreement

Harper was going to sign on the dotted line the day after election if he won. Without discussion or the imput of the Canadian people. The man was a demagogue

'When I'm finished with Canada, you won't recognize it'. He was right.

I'm so hoping Trudeau will listen well to those tackling it. Canadians, just like everyone else it seems, were kept in the dark about so much of it. I think all of us 'here' knew how bad it would be, but many people I talk to in RL don't have a clue. Heck, a lot of them still believe NAFTA is a great thing.

Jamaica - Guyana - St Kitts-Nevis - all stressed out on IMF agreements.
Austerity is destroying the health sector in Jamaica which was very good for decades.
It has long destroyed public health and education.

8. Well maybe Trudeau's insistence on stimulus deficits during a recession will have some effect

on Caribean countries ability to stand up to the IMF. Argentina did and they aren't falling apart

We have a tradition of running stimulus deficits in Canada and they do work as long as we don't get clobbered with a lower credit rating by the thugs at Standard and Poors

The thugs are just waiting - we just had nineteen premature babies die from an infection in two hospitals - if you see the audit of the hospitals, you too would weep.
You cannot privatize hospital cleaning- you cannot cut corners with public health.

for shutting down the F35 deal and opening the process up to tender again to bids from Europe We already have taken part in development for the F35 and Europe is outside the block.

How's them apples?

See how that works for the US megas?

Total trade dominance in the Pacific leaving China with ASEAN and the Stans.

It's economic war with a happy face.
