We currently spend more than the next nine military forces on the planet combined. We have forces deployed around the globe to defend against nation state threats that haven't existed for decades. Why should we continue to pay for defending against a threat that doesn't exist? What would you do to focus resources to real and potential threats or avoiding conflicts that breed potential threats?
