Surveillance Drone Spotted Near Chicago - For NATO Summit?

This was filmed in Elgin, Illinois about 40 miles from Chicago. I assume it's for the NATO summit this week as a security measure.

I'm sure you would have no problem with a 'manned drone' -i.e. a helicopter. But when it's unmanned, it's evil incarnate.

We should never assume that a video on Youtube represents something that actually happened. It's far to easy these days to mess with videos digitally. Same with photographs.

Without corroboration, this story is questionable. First, why was this taken 40 miles from Chicago, if the idea was to do surveillance on Chicago? There are several facilities much closer to Chicago where a drone could be launched.

I call this a questionable video.
