Connection Resets & Response: Your Observations

I access this site using FireFox. I have been getting a number of Connection Resets and Page Load delays recently.
When activating the Developer features of FireFox, 75% of the page load time is related to the embedded player.
My network is a 75/75 FiOS connection, directly cabled to the router, which is performing at optimum speed.
