Have you ever asked yourself: How do I get local media to publish pictures of my genitals? One answer is to show up at tomorrow's World Naked Bike Ride, which returns to San Francisco for the year's fourth (and final) slow-motion peepshow.



The 11-year-old event is held annually in nearly 20 countries to protest global dependence on fossil fuel. As far as mass public protests go, it ranks alongside London's recent face-sitting spectacle for sheer creative chutzpah. In San Francisco, riders will meet tomorrow across from Justin Herman Plaza at 11:00 a.m. More info from the event organizers:

In the past, we used to meet in Justin Herman Plaza. However an issue regarding Permits and the National Park Police brought about the need for an alternate meeting spot and we were there at our new Ferry Building location in June with even much better response from the public...Please remained dressed until we have sufficient numbers of riders and are near the time we will ride. Bring body paints, watercolors and markers to apply slogans and designs to each other and adorn your bikes with signs; meet with old and new friends.

I would never dream of appearing naked in public after pooping. I would never go to a nude beach without a shower before hand. I know one dirty guy who goes on dates after pooping. I would have to jump back in the shower.

I actually got my choice wrong when I typed it in which was "Ghostsofelectricty" (Dylan) but somehow when signing up I put in Ghostsinthemachine. Dumb me.
