Why does MSM do this??????...
... , as a news hound, I am disgusted how FOX News is about the only news in town pushing their Wing Nut's agendas throughout the weekend while the supposedly "MSM" only shows non-news related programs over the weekend? They might have a couple of hours after church with talking heads on Sunday afternoon, but they should do their damn job if they want to be considered "MSM" and do the news all weekend. Stuff does not stop happening just because it is Saturday or Sunday!.You might get a blurb about golf if you are lucky (no insult intended) but they turn off their news after Friday PM. Sorry about the curse word but that is just how I feel.
While I am ranting, for God's sake, please stop trashing each other just because you don't agree with who they support or they don't agree with who you support. We (Dems), need to play nice without insults and trash talk! If your preferred candidate supports an issue near and dear to you, just say so. Don't pull out your claws and look for something negative to say about their opponent in the process. I am a newbie here and at times wonder if I am on the wrong site. I read every post and,,,well, if you do too, you know what I am talking about. Maybe way too many rum and cokes tonight but if I offended anyone I am sorry but if you were offended by my comments, then yes, I probably am on the wrong site. I thought I had found a good home and hope that is so but time will tell. Just for the record, I am a bleeding heart liberal and am retired military and not wealthy by any means but support our "party" not individuals as best I can financially.

1. Calling out bad policies, poor judgement and other wrongdoings is ....
... WHAT THE PRIMARIES ARE FOR!!!
When a candidate has a long history of being on the wrong side of issues, has cast votes for bad laws and takes money from bad people it is our DUTY to point that out. |

3. If I believe a candidate would be a poor president, because of their policies or past behavior,
I will say so. Just because that candidate tacks a "D" next to their name doesn't mean they are good for America.

5. If you have cable try watching Al Jazzera. Non-stop news.
M$NBC is a wasteland on weekends. But some people must be watching that trashy "Lockup" or they would have pulled it by now. And 'Caught On Camera' is for Epsilons (1984 reference).

9. Even Al Jazeera has fallen prey to the "canned segments" lately
Last edited Sun Jul 5, 2015, 03:58 PM - Edit history (1) They have more and more "shows" with half hour news here and there
![]() I rarely watch CNN, but when it's Prison-all-the-time on MSNBC, I have enjoyed CNN-I., but now they have Death Row Stories ![]() |

12. CNN had a good show about ISIS today.
Hosted by Fareem Zakaria (sp?). He blamed ISIS on Bush's invasion of Iraq. I'm surprised that got by the corpcensors.

6. Perhaps the average person isn't glue to the TV watching news on a weekend afternoon?
If something critical happens, all the news networks will break into their schedule to cover it. Absent that, what would you like them to talk about?

8. Hi and welcome!
![]() TV news is corporate news. Even if they did tell you something, it would be slanted in the favor of shareholders. From the tiniest penny stock players to the wealthiest Sheiks, they all heap weight on the boot smashing our face in, forever. |

10. FOX is really a propaganda channel
Don't compare it to channels that are trying to make a profit from what they consider to be news.

11. All media was really started as a way to sell stuff
how a town cryer selling pots and pans telling us about what was going on in the next town has turned into Rupert Murdoch's empire of lies is a sad truth we have to deal with .News is not knowledge maybe it used to be but it sure isn't now .
