Scratch that. Americans deserve to hear all of them.

However, Chafee doesn't even have his own DU group. I'm not sure if that reflects how much support he has IRL, though.

I can't imagine voting for him in the primary, but he was given a fair interview.

Actually, to me he illustrates how far right the Republican Party has moved since the 90's.

I just say that - to be true to history.

It's even more interesting how these Republican->Democratic politicians like to lead the Dems.
This guy has a good case. Running as an ex-Republican just exactly to the left of Hillary.
Kind of humorous.
Of course, Hillary has the money.

He seems to be an okay sort of person and he has mostly good convictions. But, I am not convinced he is going to do anything for the working poor or people who need a safety net. I think if he could do something about the MIC that there is a chance people that need help will get it, but not because he is particularly worried about those issues.

But he doesn't exude dynamism, and didn't have time to get into specifics that need to be articulated if a latecomer is to have a chance. That doesn't mean he has no opinion on them, but it does mean he needs to get his positions out there. Does he differ on any major issue from Bernie or Hillary or Martin? Fine--but tell us.

Just because he is better than all the Republican candidates that have so far declared, so what?
That doesn't distinguish him from a cockroach.
