5. I would tend to agree with that.

I do think that the oil reserves will cause a few problems in aligning those borders though.

Perhaps an inter country coalition will develop along the lines of OPEC to share the revenues.

I'm just a carpenter (semi retired) so I don't really understand all the political ramifications.
