Help me stop fracking in CA. (petition)

I would at least like to put it up front to Jerry that he's blowing millions of gal. of water per day for no real reason.

I just started a petition on Care2: Demand Jerry Brown stop fracking in California now!. I'm hoping that if enough people sign my petition, we can make a difference. Right now I've got 11 signatures — will you help me collect more by adding your name, and then use the links below to share it on social media?

I find it hard to believe that California allows fracking within 50 miles of their borders to begin with.

Seems silly to even have to do this. I was talking with my 7 year old grandson about how they need all the rain we have had here in MO out in California where so much of our food is grown. I am sure even he would see how stupid it is that they are using water for fracking out there.
