to maintain oversight on the Wallstreet and the banks, to help millions of our youth strapped with crippling debt, to protect social security and improve it.

We have three branchs of government. We need them all.

If she ran none of that would have been compromised. If anything, those issues would have been more in forefront.

I understand why she's sitting this out. I also think Hillary would have beaten her anyway. But it would have been helpful if she ran for a lot of reasons.

Why she should spend the next two years giving all of her attention to running for President and get absolutely nothing done escapes.

Opinions may vary.

And, she will be off of everyone's radar once the election season starts for the Democrats.

You better hope people start getting off their asses and vote. I know I'm not holding my breath.

Elizabeth Warren Gets Senate Democratic Leadership Spot
Warren's new role, which was created specifically for her, will be strategic policy adviser to the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee, helping to craft the party's policy positions and priorities. She will also serve as a liaison to progressive groups to ensure they have a voice in leadership meetings and discussions, according to a source familiar with the role.

She won't go away and she won't be inisible.

Again, she is filling a ciritical role in the legislatie branch of the US Government.

Wish she were running, but she's going to fight like hell wherever she is. She's the best voice on pocket book issues we have bar none.

and it's not as president. I wish people would let her do her job rather than pushing their own selfish desires on her. Draft Warren IS selfish and self serving! People need to support a candidate that wants to run and can win.

That gives her a bit to think about.

I love Elizabeth Warren. Listened to Rachel tonight. She's got some fire in her belly. We desperately need that in the US Senate. Plus, we've got Bernie there, too, who also has some fire in his belly. And Al Franken. And others will follow if they have not already.
