If they want the Pox demographic, they can have it. Problem is that demographic keeps dying off and there's less of it to have every year.

but don't forget the oldest Boomers by and large are not right wing foamers. Right wing media will get only the minority who spent their college years in YAF and Ripon Society meetings while the majority hated the war and everything Nixon stood for.

They're muting the voices that make sense and promoting those that parrot the Comcast talking points. Like Chunk Turd and Puke Russert.

Rachel is a special case. I think she is secure in her position with the network simply because she's smart and politically astute enough to pick her battles.

But for the most part, MSNBC has turned to doo doo.

outraged about. I prefer to hear about more than just what they decide should be outrageous and news worthy. How many MSNBC shows are covering the TPP? or the problems with Race to the Top and standardized testing in our schools? Or the fact that both parties have allowed our middle class disappear? Or how we need publicly funded elections so billionaires will stop buying elections? Or how we must have single payer health care and cannot sit on our hands and let the ACA be the only change to health care we make?

Maddow is the only reason to watch MSNBC (ok, granted I watch it on the website..not the TV). I'm sure if she did there would be a line of people around several city blocks wanting to hire her.
