together, most of the time, you're going to find a white suspect was captured.

Not always, but usually.

drugs not mass shootings. I think if the shooter were Black that building would be on fire.
Nice that you see the problem of incarceration rates though. The rest of the issue is that the same crime rate by White people hasn't resulted in similar incarceration rates.
