Romney has never made a foreign policy decision. The only 3AM phone call Romney would take is about whether today is the day to outsource people's jobs or tomorrow. Otherwise he tells the butler to hang up.
And when it comes down to it, Romney doesn't really have much elected experience anyway. He ran for senate and lost in 1994. He got elected governor in 2003 and only served 1 term. He ran for president and lost in 2008. He ran for president and won the primary by default in 2012.
Does Romney have the experience needed to be president?
Some republicans like to attack Obama on experience, but Obama spent several years in the statehouse and 4 years in the senate before becoming president. And BTW, Obama has presidential experience. Romney has none.
So when it comes to decision making and experience, Romney has never made a foreign policy decision, was a 1 term governor, and had the wrong positions on the important issues (Bin Laden, Auto Bailout, much more).
