Don't feel sorry for us, the temperature warmed up to the 60s on Sunday and the snow's all gone except on a few high peaks.

(68,918 posts)Raptor resource didn't think they'd have any hatchlings last year with the sub-freezing temps, and there they were! The first year, I watched them nonstop. Now, I just check in here and there. I love how Dad lines them up in a row and Mom makes a triangle with them. They have such personality.

The Decorah eagles have three eggs. Mom and Dad share duties, but mom is the one on the nest all night.
