Canada has been waiting on us for YEARS to build this pipeline so refineries on the gulf coast can refine their oil. And Obama is going to veto it, and everyone knows it....

So considering how much this project would cost, why doesn't Canada just build its own refinery???????? Why are they letting their tar sands just sit there when they could do this without us???
