Judge Tells Ursula Ward, Mom of Alleged Aaron Hernandez Murder Victim, Not to Cry Over Dead Son (VID
Ursula Ward, the mother of alleged Aaron Hernandez murder victim Odin Lloyd, was ordered not to cry while on the witness stand during Hernandezs trial in Fall River, Massachusetts on Wednesday. Watch the stunning moment in the video below.
Lloyd was found dead near Hernandezs home in 2013, and the disgraced former New England Patriots star is accused of Lloyds murder. Ward was about to give testimony on Wednesday when Judge Susan Garsh gave some additional instructions.
Garsh told Ward, I understand that this is very emotional for you, but its very important that you manage during this time you are testifying, to retain control of your emotions and not to cry while you are looking at any photo that may be shown to you.
Previously, Ward became emotional while sitting in the courtroom as images of her sons dead body were shown to the public. During Wednesdays testimony, she managed not to start crying. A number of observers found Garshs instructions to Ward insensitive and unnecessary.
