I am sorry I have forgotten his name. (So many names isn't a good excuse but I am a little confused with names.)
The one in Cleveland.
I have seen what looks like a video of boy in a park the police drive up on the grass and just shot. There looks like no talking nothing.
Am I seeing that right?

I'm certain a totally useless GJ is not going to indict, either. About the uselessness of Grand Juries...
Lawrence O'Donnell had a judge on last night (CA judge Ladoris Cordell) who explained that Grand Juries have NO place in a country that's supposed to cherish judicial transparency. I, and Lawrence, learned something new last night: half of the States don't have a Grand Jury anymore. The other half, as California Judge Ladoris Cordell explained, should get rid of theirs. Even England, the country on which we had based our judicial system, has done away with Grand Juries. I'm certain both Republicans and the Police Unions will fight vehemently against doing away with the unfair, secretive, and unjust GJ system.
