(18,402 posts)both conceptually (and this was a great concept!) and practically: they are almost invariably accurate; rarely over the years has one I've tried failed.
I saw a good 15 or so I'd like to make. (But sorry Utah, caramel budino with Chex topping is definitely not among them. And what's up with Minnesota and "grape salad"? I lived there for 15 years and never once heard of that. It was wild rice in one form or another fer sure: Wisconsin stole it here.)
