if they have a natural pregnancy termination?

How about if the fetus dies from some ingestion by the mother of a food that, until a few years ago, was regulated by the FDA? Will the corporation who manufactured/prepared the food have to face any penalty? (oops, sorry ... forgot about how corporations have "rights" but not punishments/responsibilities)

Counting a pregnancy from the last menstrual period.
And don't forget sex outside marriage is a no-no too. Dates, sex? That should really clear things up and make it simple.
