on edit: Then they'll call it a declaration of war and the rest of the world will yawn.

(82,849 posts)Because if their rocket launches successfully, there's no telling (and no limit) what the U.S. will allege was in its payload. And, depending on how cranky we are that day, it could be anything from spy equipment to nuclear weapons of mass destruction. Then we will have total license to do whatever the hell we want in "retaliation."
