slate of morons? Is it that Romney has started to lie about Obama in such a blatant fashion to attract tea partiers, he has disgusted independants? Probably a little bit of all of them. Can anyone think of anything else that has contributed to the Middle Class wake up that has given Obama almost 50% support so early in the Presidential race (usually an incombent president is 10 points behind the nominees of the other party at this stage)?

That said, while the T party emerged a week after the swearing in... it did emerge, partly, in response to the same social forces behind ows... partly. They were co-opted within two weeks and even older WHITE RETIRED Americans who have no problem with Medicare but do question Pell Grants, are starting to realize that we have a problem in DC. In fact, they've known it for a while. Why those conversations between T Parties (rank and file) and OWSers have been so positive. This is scaring the living daylights out of the Republicans in particular and the elites in general.
