lost its cred with the American People over Bush v Gore and Citizens United. What else is new with partisan court.

The 5 Conservatives on the court rule based solely on politics and protection of party. They have completely trashed any belief in the USSC by the public as shown in a recent poll where 70+% of the people polled expect the Court to rule based on politics and not on rule of law and the interests of the American people.
