Clippers Owner Donald Sterling to GF - DON'T BRING BLACK PEOPLE TO MY GAMES Including Magic Johnson

"..L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling told his GF he does NOT want her bringing black people to his games ... including Magic Johnson ... and it's ALL on tape..."

Another shithead Bundy.........They are falling out from the skies now..........................

TMZ Sports has obtained audio of Sterling making the racist declaration during a heated argument on April 9th with V. Stiviano ... after she posted a photo on Instagram posing with Magic. Sterling rails on Stiviano -- who ironically is black and Mexican -- for putting herself out in public with a black person (she has since taken the pic down). But it doesn't end there. You have to listen to the audio to fully grasp the magnitude of Sterling's racist worldview. Among the comments:

-- "It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people. Do you have to?" (3:30)

-- "You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want. The little I ask you is not to promote it on that ... and not to bring them to my games." (5:15)

-- "I’m just saying, in your lousy f******* Instagrams, you don’t have to have yourself with, walking with black people." (7:45)

-- "...Don't put him [Magic] on an Instagram for the world to have to see so they have to call me. And don't bring him to my games." (9:13)

Sterling has a documented history of allegedly racist behavior -- he's been sued twice by the federal government for allegedly refusing to rent apartments to Blacks and Latinos. He was also sued by former Clippers exec Elgin Baylor for racial discrimination -- though a jury was ultimately not convinced and shot down Baylor's case.

. . .which, too many times, are no more than fancy names for a glorified paid sex partner.

By the way, here is an ad that Sterling was apparently fond of putting out (and used as a cover for chumming around for women to have sex with):

An article from 5 years ago (ESPN Magazine):
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4187729

And a sample from Dave Zirin's book Bad Sports: How Owners Are Ruining The Games We Love
http://books.google.com/books?id=DEgiTalvVXwC&pg=PA123&lpg=PA123&dq=dave+zirin+bad+sports+don+sterling&source=bl&ots=iV0r36Kk0X&sig=xfuEZE8A6QumHMaP-iTYecVc0KU&hl=en&sa=X&ei=Ja9bU-rwI7HlsATNt4G4CQ&ved=0CC8Q6AEwAQ#v=onepage&q=dave%20zirin%20bad%20sports%20don%20sterling&f=false

I brought this to Sterling's attention, but he continued to bring women into the locker room."

Donald Tokowitz Sterling (born Donald Tokowitz) is an American business magnate, former attorney, and well-known racist.

It goes on to say:

Accusations of racism and discrimination

In November 2005, ESPN reported that Donald Sterling agreed to pay a fine of $2.73 million to settle claims brought by the Justice Department and Davin Day of Newport Beach that he engaged in disciminatory rental practices against Hispanics, blacks, and families with children. [4]. In addition, Sterling was also ordered to pay attorneys' fees and costs in that action of $4,923,554.75. [Order Granting Motion for Prevailing Party's Attorneys' Fees and Costs, dated November 2, 2005, C.D. Cal. Case No. 2:03-cv-00859-DSF-E Dkt No. 454]. In granting the attorney's fees and costs Judge Dale S. Fischer noted "Sterling's' scorched earth' litigation tactics, some of which are described by the Plaintiffs' counsel and some of which were observed by the Court. The Court has no difficulty accepting Plaintiffs' counsel's representations that the time required to be spent on this case was increased by defendant's counsel's often unacceptable, and sometimes outrageous conduct." [Id. at p. 5]

In February 2009, Sterling was sued by former longtime Clippers executive Elgin Baylor for employment discrimination on the basis of age and race.[5] The lawsuit alleges Sterling told Baylor that he wanted to fill his team with "poor black boys from the South and a white head coach".[6] The suit alleges that during negotiations for Danny Manning, Sterling said "I'm offering a lot of money for a poor black kid."[6][7] The suit noted those comments while alleging "the Caucasian head coach was given a four-year, $22-million contract", but Baylor's salary had "been frozen at a comparatively paltry $350,000 since 2003".[5]

On August 8, 2009, the U.S. Department of Justice sued Sterling for housing discrimination in using race as a factor in filling some of his apartment buildings. The government's ongoing case alleges Sterling refused to rent to non-Koreans in the Koreatown neighborhood and to African Americans in Beverly Hills.[6] The suit alleges Sterling once said he did not like to rent to Hispanics because they "smoke, drink and just hang around the building," and that "Black tenants smell and attract vermin."[6]

"Boom goes the dynamite" indeed.

Without those players making it possible for him to sit there and spout that garbage, it wouldn't happen. The Republicans thought it worth shutting down the government when they saw wrong (crazy as they are). Maybe if their checks had been bigger, like NBA players, they wouldn't care about people who think they are simply animals.

That says a lot about them as well. Then again, we live in a country where the current administration is content to let criminals continue to run a business if it might cause others to have to create the jobs they would lose by calling them to justice, and thus enforces inequality on those with less income. (The attorney general even put that in writing, lol).

So they aren't doing anything we don't do as a country.

Imho, such obsequiousness overshadows any work they do as an athlete, since I don't care much about excuses.

Is there enough money for you to walk in tomorrow and told by the person giving you the check that you are less than human, that you shouldn't be seen around regular people? That you are good enough for a spectacle, like Lions and Christians, but when you leave use the back door.

How much is enough to own you? And be sure to teach the kids that when they grow up, money and doing what you are told is more important than freedom. And get on tv, so you can reinforce the message they are getting from school for millions.

Racists suck. Toady people that make the spread of hatred and tragedy possible suck almost as much.

...........................

Poor, wretched, and stupid peoples, nations determined on your own misfortune and blind to your own good! You let yourselves be deprived before your own eyes of the best part of your revenues; your fields are plundered, your homes robbed, your family heirlooms taken away. You live in such a way that you cannot claim a single thing as your own; and it would seem that you consider yourselves lucky to be loaned your property, your families, and your very lives. All this havoc, this misfortune, this ruin, descends upon you not from alien foes, but from the one enemy whom you yourselves render as powerful as he is, for whom you go bravely to war, for whose greatness you do not refuse to offer your own bodies unto death. He who thus domineers over you has only two eyes, only two hands, only one body, no more than is possessed by the least man among the infinite numbers dwelling in your cities; he has indeed nothing more than the power that you confer upon him to destroy you. Where has he acquired enough eyes to spy upon you, if you do not provide them yourselves? How can he have so many arms to beat you with, if he does not borrow them from you? The feet that trample down your cities, where does he get them if they are not your own? How does he have any power over you except through you?

How would he dare assail you if he had no cooperation from you? What could he do to you if you yourselves did not connive with the thief who plunders you, if you were not accomplices of the murderer who kills you, if you were not traitors to yourselves? You sow your crops in order that he may ravage them, you install and furnish your homes to give him goods to pillage; you rear your daughters that he may gratify his lust; you bring up your children in order that he may confer upon them the greatest privilege he knows — to be led into his battles, to be delivered to butchery, to be made the servants of his greed and the instruments of his vengeance; you yield your bodies unto hard labor in order that he may indulge in his delights and wallow in his filthy pleasures; you weaken yourselves in order to make him the stronger and the mightier to hold you in check. From all these indignities, such as the very beasts of the field would not endure, you can deliver yourselves if you try, not by taking action, but merely by willing to be free. Resolve to serve no more, and you are at once freed.

I do not ask that you place hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but simply that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great Colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break in pieces.

'till he stands center court and explains to his RepubliBundy friends WHY they are all screwed up, what has changed in the past hundred years, and why people like him haven't.

But people aren't used to freedom any longer, and perhaps it's too hard to see how they are just on a big plantation, along with too many of us. So the most likely will be a little dust up, and then on with business, instead of something that really shakes us to the core (lol - shaken to the core by basketball). And the people he owns will get their little rewards.

Anyway, I don't expect him to apologize. It won't be genuine if he does, just business. Virtually none of these people will ever change, and too many that might disrupt it quit and say they are gonna change it from the inside or some such BS.

As long as enough accept that it's ok to let them use their power to get what they want, (which is what they do when we don't cooperate and win it away from them and hold it), they will continue to screw with everyone else.

The Clippers have launched their own probe of the comments, team president Andy Roeser said in a statement given to ESPN.

Roeser said the remarks on the recording do not reflect Sterling's opinions on race and that the woman identified as Stiviano is involved in a legal dispute with Sterling.

The woman "is the defendant in a lawsuit brought by the Sterling family alleging that she embezzled more than $1.8 million, who told Mr. Sterling that she would 'get even,'" Roeser's statement said.

"Mr. Sterling is emphatic that what is reflected on that recording is not consistent with, nor does it reflect his views, beliefs or feelings," the statement added, noting the team was unsure whether the recording "has been altered."

"He feels terrible that such sentiments are being attributed to him and apologizes to anyone who might have been hurt by them," it said, adding Sterling's apologies "for sentiments attributed to him about Earvin (Magic) Johnson.

A simple 'Yes' or 'No' would have cleared matters up quickly.
