These nasty, vindictive, racist ReTHUG scumbags cannot throw out anymore dog whistles.
Seriously this shit has to stop.

They really do seem to just be going for broke now, and damn the consequences.
I guess that is bad news for the individuals who are used as GOP "outreach" show room dummies. Oh well...

Obama wasn't in the picture when that became so prevalent a talking point that eventually someone finally released an article listing the number of those 'tough guys' who actually served in the military. To everyone's surprise, more Democrats had served t han the chickenhawks who use other people's children to fight for their profits.
I'm surprised anyone views this a new thing, 'Liberals not fit to handle our National Security'. It's nothing new.
And Democrats made the mistake of nominating Republicans to be in charge of our National Security agencies, Gates, Clapper et al, almost saying 'yes, we agree, we need Republicans for these positions because there are no Democrats capable of doing the job'.
No one should be the least bit surprised that they continue their decades long attacks on Democrats. What they should be, is upset that Democrats keep trying to prove how 'bi-partisan' they are instead of stomping all over them when they actually WIN.

Oh wait, I'll save you, you favor single payer and are so leftwing you think Elizabeth Warren is a sellout.

(6,234 posts)You wouldn't know that as I really haven't posted my opinion on the issue here. In any case I am perfectly capable of rresenting my own opinions without your assistance. Based on Obama's RECORD I think he is nothing but a corporate stooge who does exactly what his big business owners tell him to do. As Maya Angelou famously said, "The first time someone shows you who they are, believe them." Obama has shown himself over and over and over again.

I would trust an average juror off the street before Congress. So would the founders of the country. is why they opted for a jury system.
