In the Jerry Mandered Senate is a huge victory. History will mark it as it really is. A blood soaked former president who decimated his party and almost the country.

Would require a constitutional amendment which requires a two-thirds vote from that same undemocratic Senate, and then a three-fourths vote of the states where the tiny ones get the same single vote as California. No way they will vote to give away their own power.
