(182,925 posts)Pawn Stars and Deadliest Catch before it were THE hottest reality shows but they didn't get much merchandise out. I think the Robertsons (and A&E) realized that they needed to get what they can while they can- the show has max 3 seasons left in it. It will peeter out, someone will get arrested, or the new thing will come along.
