Women will no longer be denied

[IMG][/IMG]

Women will no longer be denied insurance coverage for gender-related reasons. In today’s insurance market, it is common for insurers to refuse to cover women because of gender-based “pre-existing conditions,” such as having had a Cesarean section or being the victim of domestic violence or sexual assault. Thankfully, this practice will be outlawed under Obamacare in 2014.

(she actually had to travel quite a bit for work, and missed a court date) and they refused to pay because of that. but if she had claimed it was an accident, or a stranger, they would pay!

This is only one reason i love that guy. Yes, he is progressive, contrary to the ones that accuse him of horrible things.

The things that people don't understand about what Obamacare means is sad. Such important legislation for all of us, yet I think women will win in so many ways.

To think that an act of violence, whether it be domestic or rape would be considered a "pre-existing" condition, mind boggling.
