I hadn't thought about the Indian reservations, but it might be legal on a lot of them. The Cheyenne and Arapaho require both partners to be Native and live on the tribal lands, but some tribes might be more lax about it. Glad they're able to give the finger to the state of Oklahoma! I hope the Choctaw in my state are able to do it too.
