your rights. Destroy a few and they will go around. If you don't want to be violent, then take the trucks in seizure for tresspass, or accidently puncture all the tires. Americans don't want the pipeline, and we should slow or stop this moving in before the pipeline is approved, not just on Lakota land, but US land. Protect your state aquifirs, stop the pre positioning of any part of this project. Stop the trucks, disable them.
