Morse is losing at 47.2% - but could quickly make it up with the remaining 30%.

Giron will survive. All the Republicans accomplish is looking like asses, while we elevate Morgan Carroll to do the work, and then see to it that Morse's replacement is kicked out when the term is up.

So all they have accomplished is squat. And also pisses more taxpayers off with the silly shit. We taxpayers ought to stick the bill of the entire recall process to the NRA/Republican Party and have them pay the bills, past due, with collectors ready to be released.

This whole thing is not a win for us.

TPM posted earlier that this would backfire on the NRA: http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2013/09/colorado-recall-election-guns.php

I don't know for certain which source will turn out to be right.

and the next Speaker would just be more liberal than Morse.

So it's a lose-lose for Republicans while Herpes gets nothing done for the constituents because he doesn't know how.
