Domestic Violence

It seems to me that what is the real story with the Zimmermans, is that Shellie Zimmerman behaves like an abused spouse. I see her lying about their finances during the bond hearing entirely differently now. I think she lied out if fear. I think she has been afraid of him for a very long time.

but it is very complicated with these abused spouses.

George has a clear history of violence - with at least one previous ex (besides Shellie) filing for a restraining order against him. Women don't just run to the post office to get those on a daily basis. It is a process and it's not something you'd do for the fun of it.

He's a very dangerous person and it makes me sick and disgusted when the NRA-league turns out to defend him (as they already are this afternoon in various threads).
