Some might find The Bourne Legacy perversely gratifying (micro-spoiler)

Not a great movie, but early in the film the US government assassinates a reporter for the UK paper The Guardian who is about to expose the existence of a controversial secret national security program.

Take that, Gle... er, whatever the reporter in the movie's name is.

(And we would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those pesky kids!)

I would not recommend this movie. But everyone is entitled to their opinion.

that said, I think the trailer for this movie is one of the best in recent years. I would say the trailer was much better than the movie, to be honest.

Particularly the bit about "There is not anything you wouldn't do for this program."

But I would say the one before this, "The Bourne Ultimatum" was one of the best action thrillers in recent times, and surpasses this movie in every way.
