George Zimmerman lawyer Mark O'Mara draws extra security at 'View' and a wait at CNN

http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/gossip/confidential/lawyer-zim-win-leaves-ego-large-article-1.1400562

George Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara didn’t correct Barbara Walters on “The View” Monday when she confirmed that extra security had been called in at ABC just for him.

Due to the backlash after his client’s not-guilty verdict Saturday night, Babs knew Zimmerman’s legal team needed the extra muscle.

But that was not the case over at CNN hours later, when O’Mara was taping “Anderson Cooper 360.” O’Mara was spotted in the lobby of the Time Warner building at 58th St. and Columbus Circle all alone, looking like the cat that ate the canary.

“The security guards and guest check-in at CNN is largely an African-American staff,” says our spy. “You could cut the tension yesterday [Monday] with a knife. No one wanted to look him in the eye, and he was so rude he didn’t even get off his cell phone when he was shocked to be asked for ID.”

His legal fees are now worth tens of millions of dollars to guilty rich defendants. So, yeah, the second thing you mentioned...

did was no less than an lynching of Trayvon Martin. Not only that, he lied to the media. Maybe he wants to sue me? If he told the media, that he wanted the jury to be diverse, then he is lying. He was the one that made sure no Blacks was on the jury.

5. they knew they had some racists on the jury and their entire defense strategy was playing to that

bigotry. this explains what they did with rachel jeantel and how they treated her. it's like they were making some connection with the racists on the jury.

i know people will say that everyone deserves a defense and our system would not be fair without it.

but do they have to go to the media ? they can do their job in the court room , they did what they had to do and now shut up.

but if they are going to go on shit like the view and other media they should be criticized. and omara even AFTEr the verdict talking about how black people have it easier.

FUCK HIM

The he needs to man up, put his big boy manties on, and deal with the fact that people think he is the lowest of the low. That kind of sniveling is weak.

... and not be surprised when the opposing side calls him a slimy son of a bitch.

The same goes for the prosecution who also made use of the media. If they had won I imagine there might be some of them on the talk show circuit as well.

They have the right and ethical responsiblity to defend their client and the rest of the world has the right to tell em they hate their guts.

14. That he didn't leave the character assassination at the trial is what makes him a racist

and indefensible POS.

Vigorous defense, yes. Now, he is a racist slime, hurting both the victim's family (and his own client, for that matter) with his self-promotion.

My wife happened to be flipping around the channels and I told her not to leave it there. I can't watch it without being pissed.

Zimmerman is still in jeopardy of a Federal prosecution and will more than likely face a civil action brought forward by Trayvon Martin's parents. O'Mara is less guarded in what he is saying and could say something that could be used against Zimmerman. I think it is unethical for an attorney to make a media tour after a trial when other legal actions are still possible.

And to those that defend this racist POS, yes, defense lawyers SHOULD mount the most vigorous defense, but after the trial to go on tv show after tv show continuing to assassinate the victim's character-- based on nothing-- and in full knowledge that his grieving family are hearing his crap.... No, he is beyond redemption. I'd be hard pressed not to spit on him too. I give the African American security staff at CNN and elsewhere great credit for their restraint.
