(18,402 posts)are going to like this? Is that something to consider? Especially affected are poorer and older people, who don't do computer banking and who sometimes rely on actually visiting a branch bank. Especially at Christmas time, when they want to get crisp bills to give to the grandkids.
I'm just thinking out loud. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

those little old ladies are the most likely to be FUCKED by the banks.

That, my dear friend, is not democracy in action; it's the beginnings of a form of totalitarianism, where you decide what is good for people whether they like it or not. It's never worked out well before.
Direct your wrath at the bank's headquarters, not at the poor people who may need to (or yes, even choose to) access a branch. Believe me, I've seen a lot of discussion of this, and people have left OWS over this very kind of issue. Not a way to win hearts and mind, and not a way to achieve the goals.
