In further interviews, Fuhrman bragged about beating and torturing gang members, "we had them begging that they'd never be gang members again, begging us." Fuhrman's negative attitude toward African-Americans was also evident in the taped interview. He said that he would tell blacks, "You do what you're told, understand, nigger?"

His perjurious denial of the use--in the ten years prior to the trial--of the term "nigger" brought immediate world-wide condemnation. Even the prosecution denounced Fuhrman in their closing arguments, calling him a "bad cop." "

The State KNEW the tape existed before and, instead of addressing it at the time Fuhrman was testifying for the State to try and mitigate it before the defense brought it up, they decided to risk it and not address it at all. BIG mistake as we saw given the verdict.

It was Chris Darden, for the State, who made the egregious mistake of having Simpson try on the glove, the same glove Mark Fuhrman found.

I have not a scintilla of doubt Simpson did it but I was pretty sure he was going to get off because of the mistakes made by the State, it was unfortunate, to say the least.

And if Zimmerman gets off, it will have been for one of two reasons...

1. He's not guilty or

2. He's guilty but the prosecution did not prove its case

Not that the jury is stupid, or racist or whatever.

If nobody wants to call the OJ jury racists, then nobody should call the Zimmerman jury racists, either. Not that anyone has in this thread, as far as I can see...but I have seen it in other threads, and it sucks.
