On one hand, you have only TM's mother saying the scream was his, and that was immediately followed up by the mother on the other side. Perhaps a "tie", perhaps not. Then, today you have a parade of witnesses on the defendant's side saying it was him, followed by the cop's testimony that even the father didn't think it was his son.

A big, big part of reasonable doubt was established today.

O'Mara won an awful lot of things pre-trial, even getting the judge changed. I think that having an all woman jury will help him when he finishes up demonizing TM, and he certainly won something by having no African-Americans on the jury, and one Hispanic on there, to boot.

He's managed to poke at least a tiny hole in every one of the prosecution's witnesses, and in some cases, big ones. I didn't hear any such thing from the prosecution on the defense's witnesses so far. Since they probably won't put GZ on the stand, his inconsistencies will get kicked under the rug.

His father saying he doesn't recognize the voice clouds the issue.

The prosecution's case is falling apart. They are plugging leaks in their sinking ship rather than sailing it effectively. The prosecution should have presented some smoking gun evidence already. That's what I expected after this incident occurred. All they have done is present reasonable doubt about Zimmerman's account, but haven't presented compelling evidence of their own assertions.

Every piece of evidence the prosecution presents is shot so full of doubt that it's borderline useless. That's a far cry from evidence that moves the jury beyond a reasonable doubt.

Yesterday (I think) I posted a link to that exact audio because someone else brought it up.

Some people believe that's what Z meant while others think he was saying he didn't recognize his own voice on tape. My point was that both of those are opinions.

IMO he wouldn't be stupid enough to say it wasn't him even if it wasn't.
