An honest question about the plan B pill and testoterone pill

I have seen oodles of commercials for the medications for low testosterone where they say that women shouldn't even handle the pills and to watch for signs of development in children as possible problems. Is there a similar issue with plan b and birth control in regards to men as those pills have estrogen? Since neither are advertized I haven't seen or heard disclaimers.

Estrogen is no where as dangerous as testosterone. A woman with estrogen poisoning? Nada. A man with testosterone poisoning, run fast away to safety.

but I know people going from man to woman and they take estrogen for that purpose. I also know people going from woman to man and they take testosterone for that purpose.

testosterone meds come in a gel form, women should avoid direct contact with it.

I haven't heard anything about the bc or plan b pills. Men or kids probably shouldn't eat them.
