Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsDoes anyone know where/who the 'Snowden is on the Plane' rumor got started?
It's a question I have not been able to find the answer to. I don't want to assume, I am looking for the source -- the earliest reports of this rumor.
Thank you if you can help!

(23,864 posts)Though, more likely Sunday or Monday. At the time I was like "Oh, where did they get that rumor from?" and searched but I don't recall finding anything. Yesterday when all this happened I was thinking "Man, apparently that rumor had some legs with a couple of different countries."
I don't have a link. I presume whomever got it, got it off Twitter. That's just my hunch.
