(22,336 posts)For one, how could gun control in the US affect that many people? There are only, what, about 600 million people in the US? A gun control policy, even if it were intended to "cull the herd" (which is so stupid I can't even comment on that), would have nothing to do with the 5+ billion people elsewhere in the world.
