I was so looking forward to the new season of Bill Maher's show.
What a disappointment!! Did he really go to the RIDICULOUS Notre Dame Football players "scandal of the week" story...
NO NO BILL say it isn't so - you should not have spent even ONE MINUTE on this NON STORY OF THE DAY!!!!
AND- the guest line-up - - - - - Jeez MICHELE CARUSO CABRERA with the fake tan- OH PLEEEZE -
not a pretty site and her commentary was less than stellar.....
The guest representing the Palestinain perspective was the most sanguine of the bunch (save Martin SHort who is always wonderful)
The Republican male rep was akin to a baying walrus - -
The show was at best a disgrace- - - - BILL - FIRE YOUR PRODUCER STAT!!!!!!!!

(213 posts)There were no extreme right wingers on the show. LaTourrette is a moderate Republican and in today's age, he sounded like a democrat. I guess I enjoyed it because of the punchlines on Lindsey Graham and Mark Sanford as I am from SC.

The panel was pretty lame - what was with the CNBC climate change apologist?
Maher seemed to "phone it in"
That CNBC lady hardly said a word. It was mostly just Maher, Short, and Jabreal.
