Obama's Press guy, whatshisname, and The List.

I just caught a bit of this half eared this afternoon.

but

did I hear correctly that Jay (think that's his name) say something about that powerful voter 'list' the Obama campaign has and served them so well (compared to Romney's stupid little abacus) and that it is still usable, but for a different purpose...

I know Obama said he was going to 'take it to the people' with this NRA/gun stuff. And I know that he and his excellent team have a whole shit load of people on that list...

so I am going to jump to the conclusion that they are going to use that same system to get gun legislation through. Take it to the people and let them do the hollering too.

that is wonderful news and I bet the traitor cowardly pugs are shaking in their bathroom slippers over this news.

that tingling thing: I also half heard a bit of Obama comedy on the tv - don't know which show.

about Chris Matthews.

Goes something like this: So I gave Matthews a tingly feeling in his leg when I got elected then I gave him a stroke (meaning I am supposing the gasket blowing on msnbc about Obama's first debate).

Thanks for doing that, doing the real work while the chatters on the tv and whatnot live in their fantasy worlds, you are out there in reality and actually doing something!

You must be or will be proud to have participated in making history.

Yay, you! and all the others with you that put their nose to the grindstone and get out there and work for change the real way. I wish I could be with you, in spirit I am.

I don't do much really. Did help with the election. Could do more. Looking forward to this new iteration of OFA and helping more.

I had been under the impression that the OFA apparatus would have seen more use in the first term, but better late than never.

I think I read somewhere that it was this last election where they really nailed down the algorithms and got it working the way they wanted. If I recall, the first election voting list was sort of 'scattered' and it wasn't until this last round that all the information was melded together into one awesome useful info pack by some genius software dev head scratching.
