Why is it, that when I sent for the third time a request for .........

a deferment for my student loans, they finally send me an email that my deferment was accepted; I receive a deferemnt form in the mail to fill out?

What a waste of time, paper & money.

My direct loans have been managed really well. My Sallie Mae loans have been a clusterfuck since day one.

3. I never did Sallie Mae...........

I used direct student loans & when I graduated I tranferred them to ACS for a lower interest rate. They've been good in the past, it's just within the past 3 months I've been dealing with this.

I'm going to mail the form back to them, not filled out & with a copy of the email.
