And align with their agenda can be granted immunity as an exception to the rule of law for whatever cockamamie twisted delusional fantasy reason they come up with this time…

There is not consistency and liberals are not granted the same rules and leniency -or judged by the same goalposts as Republicans.

If they rule Trump gets immunity, they will rule that Trump -and Trump alone, will be granted immunity. And this will apply to nobody else.


At which point the ruling would be so insanely stupid absolutely no prosecutor or judge should go along with it.

5. Glenn Kirshner laid it out today on MSNBC. ALL judges, magistrates, etc. are subject to federal law.

There are clear statutes calling for recusal. I am sorry I do not remember the actual citation.

With Alito and Thomas their actions and the actions of their spouses warrant recusal.
