The Dem National Comm. can find a way to declare him our official candidate before the deadline if nothing else. Trust Joe.

Called and woke me upset as well.
Her neighbor went down to the board of elections today. She asked them they didn't have no answer for her. Go figure.

that such an action needs to happen, a complaint needs to be filed and, as of this date, no such action has been taken. Time is of the essence! Having President Biden as a write-in would be a disaster, especially so for Senator Brown, the Ohio SC candidates, and other down ballot contenders.

The ballots haven’t been finalized and the date for the party to formally select a candidate has not passed.

The period between the August deadline and the late September earliest ballots will be packed with legal action

Any litigation needs to be initiated immediately or Biden's nomination is formalized no later than that date. Sorry, but these are the only two options that remain viable. Anticipating a positive result related to legal action after August 7th is fraught with peril.

Think. Again.

...hold a quick online 'convention' for the delegates to nominate a candidate before the deadline.

It's easy to do, the entire 2020 convention was online due to covid.

Could probably take and count the vote and declare the nominee within the time limit of the free zoom version.

Don't worry.

It is just the GOP doing some ratfucking and performative art.

It is just LaRose the Ohio Secretary of State and the other MAGAS waving their dicks around.
We know they love to do that.
What idiots.
