Here's something the Supreme Court may decide. That according to the Constitution, only Congress can try a President for High Crimes and Misdemeanors.
That ends the Documents case and the Georgia case.

(54,576 posts)as DA Fani Willis has informed Rep. Gym Jordan about his attempt to interfere with her case against trump and his cabal. You might remember trump's call to Georgia Sec'y of State calling for him to find some 11k votes...slam dunk evidence of crime.

(17,392 posts)In a sense they ARE giving him immunity until election time. Watch their decision coming in June. The decision will be, send it back to lower court. Wait until the VERY LAST MINUTE, then send it back. That's my prediction.
