2. Because Donald Trump and his backers have bought the media

They realized you can't have a dictatorship with a free media, so they have bought key media members up and down the channels, newspapers, and websites. They literally answeer to his campaign.

3. Is it possibly good for Biden and bad for Donnie Dipshit?

the answer to that question explains the lack of coverage.

Just wait an hour or two. The MSM is diligently searching for voters that support and like the Hitler rhetoric.

As soon as they find them they'll schedule a "Focus Group" in Beaver County, PA to show "fascism is just the normal politics "Heartland 'Murika" desires"

Why, I won't be surprised to see a NY Times sponsored poll that show quoting Hitler causes Donnie Dipshits support among "swing" voters to increase.

It's all just perfectly normal.

By 2016, news collected by the AP was published and republished by more than 1,300 newspapers and broadcasters.[5] The AP operates 235 news bureaus in 94 countries, and publishes in English, Spanish, and Arabic.[6] It also operates the AP Radio Network, which provides twice hourly newscasts and daily sportscasts for broadcast and satellite radio and television stations.

... blown out of proportions. Way too easy to dismiss - so please focus on the real stuff, there is plentiful of more clear bad stuff TFG is doing, thanks!

That specific phrase was copied from Wikipedia around 2022. The origin of TFG's misuse of it is most probably one of those many unsourced copies. You can find it in in collections, where tired student picks prepacked reports for their school.

The quote refers to the Second German Reich, created in 1871, which has absolutely no use for modern TFG-lovers: "German industrial strength and production had significantly increased after 1871, driven by the creation of a unified Reich, French indemnity payments, and the annexation of Alsace-Lorraine."

It' was likely just grabbed along with other historical dummy lyrics (lorem ipsum), to fill the space in that silly promotional video. TFG doesn't use subtle dog whistles. He shouts out his empirical plans loud and clear.
