3. I cannot confirm the NYT assertion but I have believed for weeks that a hung jury is the most likely outcome.

It only takes one juror to produce a hung jury and his cultists will do anything and everything for him. Not agreeing to convict him will make the juror(s) heroes on the eyes of the right. That allure combined with the strong desire to keep their idol out of jail will be impossible to overcome.

to not change mind when rest of jury is explaining why to vote a certain way. I have been on two juries and watched a few people change after a lot of conversation. What I am wondering is why they allowed two lawyers on the jury, if either of them thinks he should be innocent and explains to the others in a way that sounds like they know the law now that could bring a not gulity vote. I wondered why prosecutors let them on.

8. You would have to use a peremptory strike to get rid of someone just becuase they are an attorney

It isn't a "for cause" strike.

Most attorneys would not think someone "should be" innocent. They would apply the law as the judge explains it to the facts and determine if the prosecution has made their case. "Should be" has (or should have) no place in the law - and most attorneys know and respect this. There are, of course, bad apples - but you get rid of them for being bad apples (either for cause - if they are rotten enough to justify it, or using a peremptory strike if characteristics other than being a lawyer made it a risk to keep them on the jury).

That's some powerful prognosticatin' there. I'm gonna guess that she's wildly wrong.

(But despite her blatant idiocy, she will keep her job. The media -can't live with it, can't live without it...but you never should trust it.)

I am expecting convictions with an s. Maybe on all charges. The big question will be how to sequester him.
