I learned the latter from a quick tour of his Facebook page, something I'll never subject myself to again. He never posts anything original, just re-posts of swill from numerous sources, including a detailed article about how communication satellites are fictional. Their proof is the existence of fiber-optic cables under the world's oceans. If we had satellite communication, we wouldn't need those cables, right?

It's kind of like saying the existence of landline phones proves that cell phones are fictional. I feel stupider just saying that.
