This case was set for trial on May 20, which obviously won't happen. It should have been ready to try by the end of last year. Extending the 5(a) deadlines indefinitely is the same thing as giving Trump an indefinite trial delay.

As soon as Cannon got the case it was obvious rthe indictment was D.O.A. She's both incompetent and corrupt and has no intention of ever allowing Trump to go on trial

Jack Smith made a huge mistake filing the charges in Florida. Considering Trump
took the classified documents when he was in DC.

Cannon will just keep delaying by refusing to make rulings. Eventually she'll find a way to dismiss the charges entirely.
