Wonder how many of these various judges/justices have threats of violence and extortion/blackmail hanging over all of their decisions.

Some like Thomas are just suckers for some candy. Maybe some others are really cultists who "believe" some incredulous stuff." But I bet quite a few were half-decent jurists who got sucked into a crime operation and need to worry about their own personal safety as well as their families.
